Or having the option of switching the installed cable from VGA to Component Video with Audio in less than a minute! With RapidRunâ„¢, you can easily do this and more. No cabling solution on the market will do more to make your installations easier or more versatile! RapidRun'sâ„¢ revolutionary design provides the greatest flexibility and ease of installation without loss of signal quality. Two styles of Runnerâ„¢ base cables, a 3-Coax with 4 twisted pairs and a 5-coax version, allow this unique interconnect system to be configured for UXGA, Component, Composite and/or Digital/Analog Audio Signals. The key to this RapidRunâ„¢ is our proprietary MUVI (Multi-Use Versatile Interconnect) connector design which features a locking mechanism that connects to either a Break-Awayâ„¢ Flying Lead or Wall Plate. The MUVI connector also enables you to pull the Runnerâ„¢ base cable through a 3/4in conduit then terminate with your flying lead or wall plate. Plenum rated SVGA cables are a necessity for any Systems Integrator working on an educational or commercial installation. SVGA cables are used for video projectors, plasma screens, LCD or CRT monitors, and in installations where the cable must perform over long distances. Cable construction is five 75Ohm coaxial cables ensuring signal integrity in your installation. Coax cables feature a tinned copper braid providing 97% shield. CMP rated Plenum jacket and Teflonâ„¢ inner insulators provide the fire protection required to run these cables within walls and air plenums without the need for conduit. Don’t be misled by cable dealers selling low cost, so-called plenum cables that don’t meet the minimum requirements for plenum rating, those cables will cost you much more in the end.
