    Product Features
Connect your nVIDIA Quadro, PNY, or Matrox multiple display graphics cards with Show Me Cable's LFH 59 cables. Many high-end work stations utilize multiple display graphics cards that only have a single LFH 59 or LFH 60 (also known as DMS 59 and DMS 60) connections. A break out cable is necessary to convert this single connection into two more common monitor interfaces such as DVI or VGA. Show Me Cables offers three variations to meet your needs. Choose from LFH 59 to 2x DVI-I, LFH 59 to 2x VGA, or LFH 59 to 1 DVI-I and 1 VGA.

*The only difference between the LFH/DMS 59 and LFH/DMS 60 connectors is pin 58 is not populated on the LFH/DMS 59; pin 58 is not used on the LFH/DMS 60 so our LFH/DMS 59 cables will work for your LFH/DMS 60 applications.

    VGA to DVI Scaler PLUS

    VGA to DVI Scaler PLUS

The VGA to DVI Scaler PLUS connects traditional analog video graphic cards (VGA) to DVI compliant digital monitors. The VGA to DVI Scaler PLUS, enables users to connect laptops or legacy PC computers equipped with HD-15 video connections, to the new DVI (digital visual interface) video display format. The VGA to DVI Scaler PLUS will also work with component video sources such as DVD players and set top boxes.

    How it works
Simply connect the supplied VGA (M-F) cable to the input side of the VGA to DVI Scaler PLUS. Then connect the DVI monitor or projector to the DVI output of the VGA to DVI Scaler Box. The converter generates the compatible analog to digital conversion signals to make the connection between the analog input and the digital output work. Navigation through the menu is easily done via IR remote control, or buttons in the front of the unit.

    Package Includes:

    • VGA to DVI Scaler PLUS

    DVI Cabling Explained
    DVI Cabling Explained

    DVI Cabling Explained

There are three types of standards you will see in DVI cables as well as many types of cross over adapter cables. It's important to know how each works and which ones are needed for what you want.

    • DVI-I - DVI Integrated (Digital and Analog in One Format)

DVI-I is the most popularly used DVI connection. Any video card out there that does support DVI will more often than not have a DVI-I connection on it. It supports both analog signals and digital signals in one cable. It means that if you have a DVI-I port on your video card your fine hooking up most DVI-D or DVI-A devices without needing a separate adapter. Click Here for a DVI-I Cable

    • DVI-D - DVI Digital (True Digital)

DVI-D is a direct digital connection between your video card and your monitor. This type of connection provides a fast transfer rate, high quality image and no quality loss due to the fact that all signals from PC's are purely digital; no digital-analog-digital conversion is needed. Unfortunately, due to the lack in conformity by the monitor and video card industry, this standard is not usually seen in either piece of hardware. (Of the two it's slightly more common on monitors) Click Here for a DVI-D Cable

    • DVI-A - DVI Analog (High-Resolution Analog)

This format is used to carry a DVI signal to an analog display. This format is also used to carry a DVI signal to some HDTV's. Some image quality is lost of course due to the conversion process, but the format transmits a picture of higher quality than standard VGA formats. Tthis format is virtually obsolete. We have seen cables for this standard, but no equipment that actually supports it. Click Here for a DVI-A to VGA Cable

Note: None of these cables can be interchanged with other cables. A DVI-D cable cannot be placed on an analog system nor can a DVI-A cable be placed on a digital system. The standards can not be mixed. A DVI-I port however can accept another DVI-I, DVI-D or DVI-A cable
